II. RETURNS - CANCELLATIONS POLICYAccording to Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament, if you purchased a product or service online or outside a store (by telephone, by mail order, or from a door-to-door salesperson), you have the right (withdrawal) to cancel the order or part of it and receive a refund within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The right of withdrawal does not apply to purchases in our physical store or receipt of your order after purchasing through our website.
You have the right to return the entire order within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, for replacement of the products or for a refund of your money to a bank account that you will indicate to us.
Shipping costs are borne by the customer, as is the choice of return method.
The product must be in its original condition, without defects and must also be accompanied by the sales invoice. In the event that the product does not meet the above conditions, it will be returned to the sender at its own expense.
In case of proven fault of
everbloom.gr or actual defects of the products (e.g. textile defect), you have the right to return the products you purchased and request their replacement or a refund. On our part, we will examine the returned products very carefully as soon as we receive them at our store and we will inform you immediately by phone or via e-mail. In these cases, the cost is borne by
everbloom.gr.
You can cancel your order before the fabrics are cut and shipped. If payment has been made, the money will be refunded.

III. TERMS OF SALE THROUGH OUR WEBSITE1. SCOPEThese terms of sale govern the sale of products from the website
everbloom.gr (the “Company”) to you.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before placing an order through the website
everbloom.gr. By placing an order for the purchase of products through our website, you declare that you agree to the application of these terms of sale.
2. FORMATION OF CONTRACTYour order constitutes an offer to the “Company” to enter into a purchase contract with it. If you place an order through our website, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and its details (order confirmation). This order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer, but is intended only to inform you that your order has been received by us. A purchase contract is only concluded when we send the ordered product to you and confirm the shipment with you by a second email. If your order is shipped in more than one package, you may receive a separate shipment confirmation for each package. In this case, in relation to each shipment confirmation, a separate purchase agreement is concluded between us for the products listed in the respective shipment confirmation. The contracting party is
everbloom.gr. Regardless of the right of withdrawal according to paragraph II, you can cancel your order for a product at any time, before you receive a shipment confirmation, if the company agrees.
3. PRICESAll our products are listed excluding VAT. The total VAT is displayed at a later stage of your order
4. PAYMENTYou can make the payment for your order via credit or debit card, by bank transfer or upon receipt from our company.
5. SHIPPINGOur products are shipped via a shipping company or courier company.
It is possible for the order to be shipped with the shipping company of your choice, after informing us.
In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock, the order remains pending and we will contact you for the expected availability time of the product, replacement or cancellation of the order.
Orders are executed Monday to Friday.
Upon completion of the delivery of the order, you will be sent an e-mail to keep you informed.

6. DELIVERYDelivery is made to the location indicated by the customer unless it is in a remote area where consultation is made with the respective shipping company.
The goods are delivered without undue delay, but in any case within 15 calendar days of their order.
In the event that the products delivered do not pass through the customer's door or staircase, or because the customer was not accessible at the specific delivery address, the customer bears the cost of the unsuccessful delivery.
From the moment the order is delivered to the courier company,
everbloom.gr is not responsible for any delay in the delivery of the products to the recipient that is due to the courier company and falls under their terms of use.

7. WARRANTY REGARDING THE PRODUCTS DELIVEREDWe are obliged to deliver the products ordered by you with their agreed properties and without real defects, in accordance with articles 534 et seq. of the Civil Code.
8. APPLICABLE LAWThese terms of sale are subject to Greek law.
9. CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF SALEWe reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, conditions, including the terms of sale at any time. Your order is subject to the terms of sale in force at the time of your order. If any provision of these terms of sale is ineffective, invalid or for any reason unenforceable, then this provision is considered severable and does not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
10. NON-WARNING STATEMENTIf you breach these terms of sale and we do not take action, we continue to have the right to exercise our rights in any other case in which you breach these terms of sale.
11. MINORSWe do not offer products for sale to minors under the age of 18. Products for children can only be purchased by adults over the age of 18.
